He Will Be Missed

Chad brought me into the lab in May, and ever since then he has taught me so much; not only about research and the lab world, but also about life in general. You could bring up pretty much any subject, and he would know something about it. I can honestly say I enjoyed every single day in the lab. When I first started working in the lab I was nervous about not knowing anyone here, but he welcomed me in, and that was that. I am going to miss him teasing me about anything and everything, and most importantly I am going to miss his huge smile, and all of his jokes (even the inappropriate ones). It saddens me every day when I walk into the lab and he isn’t there, but then I remind myself of how lucky I was to know him, and that puts a smile on my face.
